If you're building a serious S38B36 engine, here's a proper solution to replace the old cranky damper wheel! No more cracking of the hub, key or damper part, almost 1kg less rotating mass and a precise crank signal due to undamped solid trigger wheel.

The kit consists:
CrMo tool steel crankshaft hub to be used with ATI super damper (SBC recommended)
Lightweight 60-2 trigger wheel made of high tensile Domex steel (for original sensor)
Mounting hardware kit with oversized Viton shaft seal
ATI DAMPER SHOWN IN 1. AND 2. PICTURE
NOT INCLUDED
Custom accessory pulleys needed
Check/adjust your ignition timing after installing
ATI recommends a Chevy small block damper shell over 7" diameter in 2- or 3-ring variation
(ATI #917020, #917030 or #917073)
Balancing the assembly is highly recommended.
Please confirm your crankshaft hub has a 34mm diameter bore, honing of the center bore might be required, refer to ATI super damper instructions.
Use ATI torque rates and locktite on every bolt!
