Description
white 3x5 INDEX CARD SIGNED by CHUCK HILLER, former major league baseball second baseman and coach. This autograph appears to be in PENCIL. It was OBTAINED IN PERSON during spring training in the mid-1970s.Hiller played for the San Francisco Giants from 1961-1965. In the 1962 World Series he became the first National Leaguer to hit a World Series grand slam home run. He played for the New York Mets from 1965-1967. He also played for the Phillies (1967) and Pirates (1968). Overall in 704 games he hit .243 with 20 home runs. He had a long second career as a minor league and major league coach.
