This is a brand new item.  Open Box.  It was an unused gift and has never been plugged in but we did open the box.
Processing Time:
I can't get to the post office every day. I ship from a Military APO post office so it may take up to 3 days for me to mail your package.   They are not always open and there is always a bit of a delay going through them.  I will provide you with a tracking number once it has been sent.
Shipping:
I will only ship via USPS mail.
