This is a nice cut signature on a small index card (see picture) of deceased Major League pitcher, outfielder, first baseman, coach, and manager JOHNNY COONEY. Johnny Cooney played from 1921 through 1944 with the BRAVES, DODGERS, and YANKEES. He compiled a career 34-44 won-loss record, and a solid .286 batting average. Cooney managed the BOSTON BRAVES in 1949, and he was a long-time coach with both the BRAVES and the WHITE SOX. Sadly, he passed away in 1986 at the age of 85. This signature is clean and very legible, exhibiting little wear from handling and storage over the years. It has been taped to the index card. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Johnny Cooney enthusiast, baseball historian, or vintage autograph collector in your life! Postage is .00. And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases. Sorry, NO international shipping. Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
