    INSTRUCTION:
Loose the four bolts of the front shock absorber of the crankshaft. Then remove the belt. (Just slid the belt away from the upper idler pulley to allow enough slack to remove the crank pulley.) Complete the removal of the bolts and front pulley. For clarity, the fan, shroud, and heat sink are shown as removed, but removal is not required.
Remove the five 10mm bolts that attach the oil pump cover and crank seal.
With the cover removed, clean the oil from the area around the pump.
Tape the surrounding area with wide masking tape to prevent debris from getting into the pump gears.
Use a small cut off wheel to carefully cut through the old wear sleeve (if present) and remove the sleeve.
Clean the crankshaft - fine sandpaper may be required.
Install the new wear sleeve into the tool and coat the inside of the sleeve with a light layer of red Loctite.
Slide installer and sleeve onto crankshaft.
Lightly tap installer with a hammer until it bottoms out.
Remove the installation tool and your sleeve is now installed to the correct depth. Remove the tape, clean the surface thoroughly, and apply some engine oil to the pump gears. Install the new seal into the pump cover and complete the reassembly.
