Instructions:
NIGAO JAPAN -S Hair Straight Cream can be used as followed:
1. Step: Wash your hair with shamppo and wipe it dry with a towel
2. Step:
Healthy Hair:
Apply Straighener Cream #1 (Blue tube) on hair and  leave for 20-30 minutes.
Weak Hair
:
Apply Straighener Cream #1 (Blue tube) on hair and  leave for 20-30 minutes
3. Step : Check your hair if it is flexible and ready
4. Step: Wash hair with normal water (no shampoo) and towel dry it to 80 %.
5. Step: Straighten your hair with a
Straightening Iron
6. Step: Apply neutralizer cream #2 (silver tube) and leave it on or 20 minutes
7. Step: Rinse out with normal water
8.Step: Apply Detoxify Boosted Mask on hair and leave it on for 20 minutes.
9. Step: Rinse out with water
CAUTION:
Avoid 3 days after treatment extreme heat and hair pulling
Do not color hair 2 weeks before or after to avoid extreme hair damage
This system is used in professional hair salons and intended only or professional use

After finishing the straighening treatment, put the Hair Mask (50ml) evenly on your hair and leave it for 5-10 minutes. Rinse out with water

Return / Warranty Policy
If the customer wishes to return the product without giving us the opportunity to repair or replace it, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.
Please always include your eBay ID on the return receipt.
Extended warranty is available via SquareTrade to protect your purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable. For Free Shipping items we charge a .99 handling fee.
Customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping fees with a traceable shipping carrier.
After 7 days, the products will be treated under manufacturer warranty guidelines as stated in the product manuals. Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Removal or alteration of products or product boxes UPC / serial number sticker will void the
return.
Damaged products:
All products are been checked for damage before they are been shipped out.
No refund will be given if the product is damaged during shipping, unless insurance is purchased.
If you purchased shipping insurance, please notify us directly because the carrier requires claims within 10 calendar day of shipment.
Defective Products
Defective products can be exchanged for the same items only if you contact us within 3 days upon receipt of package and obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Defective products must be returned within 7 days for exchange.
