From my personal collection - Lew Burdette autographed 3x5 white index card.  The card is in EX+ condition.  Autograph is signed in black ballpoint pen.
I bought the majority of my autographed material, personally, in the late 1970's / early 1980's from regional and national card / memorabilia shows.  It has not been authenticated although, as with all of my listings, I have referenced known authentic autographs from PSA, Beckett, JSA and others and it compares well.  That said, please use your own judgement when bidding.  I would be glad to offer any additional information or photos - please let me know.
