    Meade 1.25" 9mm Series 5000 Plossl Eyepiece - Excellent Condition!
    Meade's Series 5000 9mm Plossl eyepiece has low levels of chromatic aberration and is characterized by the typical sharpness of this eyepiece genre.  However, it now distances itself from the pack in that is part of the first Plossl design which has a wide angle apparent viewing field of 60°.  The legendary Plossl sharpness with a view that wraps around your mind's eye!  The Series 5000 9mm Plossl Wide Angle Eyepiece is threaded to accept 1.25" astronomy filters.

    Blackened lens edges & internal metal surfaces increase contrast
    Switching Series 5000 Plossl eyepieces requires very little focus adjustment, if any at all
