g this because I upgraded but this is a great eyepiece for the price. I used it to look at Saturn and Jupiter all last summer with a 150mm Orion Mak. It was my favorite eyepiece and I used this more than all my other eyepieces. I'm only parting with it to cover my upgrade to a 13mm Baader Lens with a wider field of view. Hope this finds a good home.

Orion Edge-On Planetary telescope eyepieces bring flat-field performance to solar system viewing in the form of six medium- and high-magnification focal lengths. Each eyepiece employs a sophisticated 7-element lens design reminiscent of exotic, high-priced oculars. This design renders an optically flat image that's sharply focused from center to edge of the wide 55-degree apparent field of view. The barrel distortion and field curvature aberrations common in standard eyepiece designs are virtually gone.
