This is a lot of 9 original paper offerings from the J.E. Gearhart & Son company in Clearfield, Pennsylvania for the Gearhart’s Family Knitter machine
1. “Descriptive Catalogue of Gearhart’s Improved Family Knitter with Ribbing Attachment” 12-page booklet printed and provided by the J.E. Gearhart & Son company and dated 1906;  measuring approximately 8 x 5 inches.
2. “We Want Agents” sheet of paper issued from J.E. Gearhart & Son, Clearfield, Pa. This sheet is printed only on one side and measures approximately 9 1/2 x 7 inches.
3. Small sheet printed in green and red(pink tone) indicating “Gearhart’s Improved Family Knitter, Price .00” with an image of what pieces come included with the machine. This sheet measures approximately 8 x 5 inches.
4. 4-page, fold-open “Price List of Parts” flyer from the Gearhart Knitting Machine Co, Inc in Clearsfield, PA. There are 4 different knitting machine models listed: Model 1914-1914 B / “All ‘Standard’ Gearhart Knitters; Model 1908; “Improved Model” 1905; “Old Style Model” 1902.
This flyer measures approximately 5 x 9 inches when folded to its original state.
5. 4-page, fold-open “Gearhart’s Later Improved Family Knitter” flyer from the J.E. Gearhart & Son, Clearfield, Penna. company. This informative flyer includes an image of the machine as it is sold, .00 retail price, how it can be used and testimonials from users. This flyer measures approximately 6 x 9 inches.
6. “Special Offer” sheet, printed on two sides with green and red ink, from the J.E. Gearhart & Son company in Clearfield, Pa. This flyer was intended for buyers who wished to be sales people for the machines and could purchase the machines at special prices for resale. The backside of this appears to be the blank order form for the machine.
This sheet measures approximately 8 x 6 inches.
7. Envelope from Gearhart’s Improved Knitter company in Clearfield, Pa., addressed and sent to a recepient in Dyersville, Iowa. The envelope also has an uncancelled stamp in the upper right corner. This measures approximately 6 3/4 x 4 1/2 inches.
8. Small “Making Money at Home” 11-page booklet from the Gearhart Knitting Machine Co, Clearfield, Penna. This booklet measures approximately 3 3/4 x 5 1/4 inches.
9. Sheet entitled “Prices of Parts Needed for Repairs” from the J.E. Gearhart & Son company in Clearfield, Pa. The sheet is printed on one side in blue ink and appears to specifically be for “Improved Machine” Model 1904.
This sheet measures approximately 5 1/2 x 8 1/4 inches.
All of these paper pieces are original and in good to average condition, due to the age (all appear to be from c . 1905, give or take a few years).
Please note that:  #7, the envelope does show more wear because it was shipped via US mail;  #8, the “Making Money at Home” booklet does have a ink stain on the back and small smudge on the front;  #3, the “Gearhart’s Improved Family Knitter” sheet has such an old crease down the middle of the sheet, the top half of the crease has split the paper about 1 1/2 inches.
