You are bidding on a Scarce BOB BAIRD autographed album page. Signed IN-PERSON sometime in his DEBUT season of 1962. Baird had a very short career and was murdered in 1974. Page measures 4.5 x 6 and the signature is MINT. **This autograph comes from an overall collecting effort on the part of a Passenger Service Representative for the New York Central Railroad in Chicago, IL where he worked from the 1920s thru to the 1960s. This gentleman would obtain signatures from all of the different NL & AL major league baseball teams that would travel thru Chicago, which at the time was the railroad center of the U.S. This collection which we will be selling is one of the most extensive in the U.S. with a heavy concentration on ROOKIE year signatures and an emphasis on high quality condition.
