Purchased other knitting devices and sold them and all worked. Auctioneer wasn't sure what all went with the machines thus the missing parts.So you are buying it "AS IS" for parts and no return. I do believe it is a functional if you have those parts. The case has a few dins and scuff marks. Look at photos and ask questions before bidding. You are buying as is.”
