A donor gave us a set of TeleVue Eyepieces to fund our Astronomy Nonprofit needs. When he told me he was gifting them to us, this is what he said:
"There has never been a more bitter sweet moment lol. I'm basically heartbroken, but smiling about it. These are my 2 favorite eyepieces, but I have no use for them. I bought them a year ago, and never had the chance to use them from being hospitalized. Please sell them and fund somthing important. I hope that one day I may be able to buy these again. Planet season is here, the 8mm is a dream come true I hear, and you can't EVER go wrong with TeleVue, esspecially both of these. The 22 Nagler has a fully adjustable upper assembly for changing eye relief, a wonderful air pressurized switch between notches. Maybe use them for a few months before selling them? Or maybe not. The views will give you eyepiece envy haha! I'm happy to help out. Our community needs some more inspiration and your making it happen".
I did use them 2 nights for 4 hours each. They are in pristine condition. Like new. Have fun! Good luck bidding!
