    Ice Northwood Carnival Glass Bowl
    A colorful, iridescent, carnival glass bowl from Northwood
    Features the pattern, Grape and Cable in a heavy colorless glass with a strong, rainbow iridescent finish (achieved by the spraying of a metallic coating on the article before firing)
    Likely produced during the second half of the 19th century. The bowl was produced by pressing the glass which was a popular method of production of tablewares of the period (pressed glass, EAPG)
    Good condition. Strong, colorful carnival glass finish on a less often seen, White Ice or clear glass form. A few of the feet have moderate wear and some flakes on edges, likely from use
